For feet:

1. Press the mat firmly onto a wet shower floor to activate suction cups.
2. Apply your favourite soap or body wash to the bristles.
3. Place your foot on the mat and move it back and forth to scrub and exfoliate.
4. Rinse thoroughly after use.

For back:

1. Press the mat against a smooth shower wall.
2. Apply soap to the bristles.
3. Lean back and move up and down to scrub.
4. Rinse and allow to air dry.

Rinse the mat thoroughly after every use to remove soap and skin residue. Periodically soak in warm water with a mild disinfectant to keep it hygienic. Allow to air dry in a well-ventilated area. Avoid leaving it in standing water for extended periods to prevent mould. The suction cups can be reactivated by wetting them before pressing onto a surface.

This product comes with a 6-month manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper use on unsuitable surfaces, or accidental damage.
